  • "Got up this morning only to find one toilet with water running out from underneath it, and the other filling up almost to the rim and not going down. Got on the internet to find a plumber and ran across this site - Budget Septic and Drain. I called another company first, and they had no openings and could not get to me unless they had a cancellation, unless I wanted to pay overtime rates. I called Budget, and Mr Harbin said let him check his schedule and see what he could do. He called me back in a few minutes and said he could be here in 30-45 minutes.
